2023 Annual General Meeting

Festival Church, Queen Street, Chester CH1 3LG
The AGM will be held at the Festival Church prior to the usual Tuesday talk at 2:30 on 7th November. As with previous years, voting on the various papers and election of Trustees will be carried out online prior to the meeting. There will be no voting in the meeting on the day.
The AGM will be streamed live on our YouTube channel and a link will be sent prior to the meeting.
Members will be invited by email to vote online with a secure link to the voting form.
Voting will close at midnight on Sunday 5 November so that the votes can be verified and presented to the AGM on the Tuesday afternoon.
