AGM 2022
Chester u3a 2022 Annual General Meeting 1st November 2022 10:00 for 10:30 at Festival Church, Queen Street, Chester CH1 3LG
All paid-up members of Chester u3a are invited to attend, and are each entitled to ONE vote.
Those without access to the internet can receive AGM papers by post if they request them, and they are required to return their choices by post to PO Box 167 Chester CH1 9FB.
1. Approval of AGM papers. Annual Report from the Chair, Financial Report, Acceptance of accounts and appointments of next year’s examiner of accounts will be available to all members via a secure link sent direct to your email address.
2. Voting for the election of Committee Members, if contested, will also be available to all paid - up members via a secure link sent to your email address.
NOMINATIONS are invited for the following roles:
Officers : Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Business Secretary
Committee members : Membership Secretary, Group Coordination, Speaker Secretary, Minutes Secretary, Social Activities,
Communications, Beacon Administration, Website Editor, Events
Nominations can be made, giving name of nominee, a proposer and a seconder
- in writing to PO Box, 167 Chester CH1 9FB,
- by email to Business Secretary
Nominations must be received by 25th October 2022
The result of approvals and voting will be announced at the AGM
