Canasta

Harry and Christine Jacobson have started a new Canasta group in October 2021. Initially for those who have never played before. However, if they have enough interest, which may include those who have played before, a second group may be started, one for beginners and one for those who play regularly.

We meet weekly on Thursday mornings, 10:00 to 12:00 at Ilminster Bowls Club.

How many cards make a Canasta? How many points for a natural Canasta? These and other questions are frequent during the first few weeks. Canasta is an easy game to learn to play and is a lot of fun!
