Canasta

What is Canasta? Its a card game devised in Uruguay in 1939 for four people. Since then it has developed many variations over the years. It is now played with 2,3 or 4 players.

This Group meets every Friday at 2pm at the Tennis Club, Sleaford Road, Boston. Free parking is available.

Ability to play the game is not a prerequisite as many of the group have learned during the sessions where tuition is given. The Group is very friendly, and enjoy the competitive challenge, banter and luck of the game. Some are beginners, while others are old hands and new members are made very welcome. Refreshments are available.

You can contact the Group Leader by E Mail by clicking on the BLUEBIRD on this page.
