LUNCH GROUP
The group meets on the 4th Thursday of the month at 12.30pm.
Next Meeting: Thursday 25 April at The White Hart at Calow, S44 5TE.
Following Meeting: Thursday 23 May at The Countryman at Kirkby. To be confirmed.
Twenty-two of us had a very chatty and enjoyable session at ‘The Dog’ in Pentrich. Three very pleasant young men took over the management just four months ago and they did a pretty good job with such a large crowd. The food was very good and plentiful and the atmosphere warm and friendly. And we were our usual noisy selves and guess who had to go and spill the wine!!
Our next venue, The White Hart at Calow, will send me their menu, a copy of which will be at the general meeting.
