Lunch Group
The Lunch Group meets on 1st Wednesday of the month (except August) at 1 p.m.
(During Covid restrictions the Group met via Zoom on 1st Wednesday of the month at 2p.m. The meetings were discussions on food, and members exchange recipes.)
This group meets for lunch each month at one of a number of venues. The restaurants we visit are mainly in the West Lothian area and have included Tony Macaroni (Livingston), Pumpherston Golf Club, The Cairn Hotel (Bathgate), The West Port Hotel (Linlithgow), The Linlithgow Bridge Inn, Bridge 49 (Linlithgow), The Corbie Inn (Bo'ness), Bistro19 @ Harburn Golf Club and Chianti (Polmont).
Suggestions for other venues are always welcome - as long as the restaurant can cope with large numbers, has good accessibility and parking.
The chosen venue for the next meal is announced at the monthly Open Meeting, and any member of West Lothian U3A is welcome to come along to any meal, provided they reserve a place in advance.
