Childrens Hospice South West
The Children's Hospice South West has been providing services to children with life-limiting conditions and their whole families for the past 27 years. This year the Somerset branch at Charlton Farm Wraxall is proud to celebrate its 10th Anniversary and would be pleased to share with you some of their special family stories and to demonstrate how their services have grown.
