Line Dancing
The Line Dancing group has been operating for a number of years and is very popular.
The group is attended by all ages and abilities and is very friendly. It is more of a social occasion where we have fun remembering old dances and learning new ones. Dancing is good exercise for the whole body (including the brain), improving mobility, balance and memory.
The group meets every monday between 1.00pm and 3.00pm at Methodist Central Hall, Longton.
