Are you a cyclist that would like to join a local group? Or have you once cycled, and haven’t dusted off your saddle for a number of years and feel you would like to build up your confidence?
Would you be interested in a gentle, friendly cycle ride of around a couple of hours from where we live along quieter lanes, avoiding too many hills, and having some exercise, no matter what your pace may be, stopping for a coffee and cake or a lunch somewhere?
