How to Join Edinburgh u3a
Please note that the Third Age Trust are offering the opportunity to register with Trust u3a - details can be found here.
You can join online, paying by card, or by PayPal. For subsequent years you will renew online through the membership portal.
If you wish to become a joint member with an existing member, then please contact the Membership Secretary directly membership@edinburghu3a.org.uk.
If you are a UK taxpayer and would like to Gift-Aid your subscription please tick the box on the online form. If you need further information about Gift Aid, contact the treasurer treasurer@edinburghu3a.org.uk .
You will be sent a welcome email automatically on joining which will include the password to enable you to access the password protected area of the website. This will enable you to make contact directly with the Group Leader of any group you are interested in joining.
Joining Online
You can join online using a credit or debit card. This payment method uses Paypal, but you do not need to register with Paypal to use it. The system takes you through to make that choice after inputting your personal details.
Please note the following before registering:
- You can check your official postal address at check-address.
- There is no need to add a photograph.
- Please help Edinburgh u3a keep the Membership Fee low by completing the Gift Aid Declaration. Edinburgh u3a will reclaim, from HMRC, 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you pay in membership fees in the current tax year.
