We have two Tai Chi groups which meet at the Community Centre in the main hall each Thursday, except when there is a u3a monthly meeting.
Group 1 starts at 12:30pm
Group 2 starts as 1:45pm
Both groups are 1 hour and aimed at beginners. They are the same so you can attend different ones if needed. Entry is £1.
The class starts with warm up exercises, balance, short meditation, Qigong and Lee style Tai Chi form.
Tai Chi can help you improve your health by learning to improve your breathing, balance, flexibility and help calm the mind.

No special clothing/equipment needed, just wear loose fitting clothes.

Feel free to turn up and have a go.
