Mah Jongg

Mah Jongg, the game, began in China, no one is sure when it exactly began, and by whom. Spelling of Mah Jongg in English is either two words Mah Jongg, or one word Mahjong both are considered correct.

The game is usually played by four persons with tiles resembling dominoes and bearing various designs, which are drawn and discarded until one player wins with a hand of four combinations of three tiles each and a pair of matching tiles.

Meetings

The Mah Jongg Group will be meeting on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 2.00pm – 4.00pm in the Driffield Town Cricket and Recreation Club.
