The Tai Chi class is as popular as ever since we started up in 2015.
Our total Membership numbers are now up to 17, this includes six men, which is excellent.
We are a friendly group and enjoy the Health benefits that helps us with co-ordination, balance, calm and confidence.
The Health benefits are recommended by many Doctors and Consultants.
Our instructor is called Aklak he is very professional and patient.
He is registered with the British Council for Chinese Arts. He qualified In 1995.
