What: It is widely acknowledged that one of the most beneficial activities for maintaining health and fitness in later years is dancing.
We will start off by learning some Lindy Hop Strolls and Western Line Dances, hopefully expanding our repertoire to include folk and traditional non-partnered dances from around the world.
No experience necessary, the dances can be varied to suit each individual’s level of fitness. The aim of the group is simply to have fun whilst exercising both brain and body. Additional charge to cover hall hire.
When: 1st & 3rd Wednesday 12.00 - 1.30
