This group includes Card Making,Embroidery, Patchwork, and Quilting.

The members meet in Refectory on the Ground Floor of Bede Tower on the afternoon of the First Thursday of the month, anytime between 2.00 - 4.00pm.
We have a break for refreshments of tea/coffee and a biscuit.
The Room is shared with the Quiz Group who also start at 2:00 p.m. on the First Thursday of the month.

| Thu May 2nd | Crafty Stitchers Afternoon Activities Please Note Change of Location to St. Gabriel's Barnes Room. starting at 2:00 p.m. on the first Thursday of the Month in the Barnes Room at St. Gabriel's while BIC is being redeveloped. See Group page for more details. We share a Room with the Quiz Group who also start at 2:00 p.m. See Group page for more details. Please Bring a cup and (DO NOT EXPECT SINGLE USE CUPS TO BE AVAILABLE) or Bring your own Refreshments. If Bede Tower, There are NO CUPS which can be borrowed at this Location. If Cups borrowed at St. Gabriel's then they MUST be washed up. Pre pandemic the larger groups generated a surplus which supported the smaller groups breaking even each year, however this is no longer the case, therefore The Executive Committee has reached the difficult decision to raise all door fees to £2 from 1st January 2022. This will be kept under review at every Executive Committee Meeting. If you wish to attend the next Committee Meeting as an observer please contact Christa Lloyd, Business Secretary, to arrange this. |
