York Trip September 2022
Wisbech u3a have arranged a 49-seater coach for a day trip to The National Rail Museum at York on Friday 2nd September and we invite members of your Group to join us for the trip. You do not have to visit the museum, as the city centre is in close roximity to the railway station and the museum, and York is a fascinating historical place to visit.
At the moment the cost of the coach is £850, which equates to a charge of approximately £17 per head if we fill the coach. Of course, the price per person rises the fewer passengers there are. The cost is also dependent on current prices at the time of travel. Entry to the museum is free. We would require a deposit of £10 per person on booking this trip.
The coach company have given timings of a 7am departure from Wisbech and returning about 7pm. This will give us about six hours in York.
