Let’s Go!

Let’s Go! organises days out to a wide range of places of interest. Previous destinations have included Killymoon Castle in Cookstown, the OM Dark Sky Park at Davagh and the Guildhall in Derry/Londonderry.

Let’s Go! is a very flexible group both in terms of membership and dates. We normally have 4 or 5 outings each year and we often travel by Ulsterbus to save expense (the 212 Belfast/Derry express is a favourite!). As with all groups, participating members pay any additional costs for entrance fees, food etc.

Normally everyone in Sperrin u3a is invited to these days out, but occasionally there may be a restriction in numbers, when it’s “first come, first served”.

Details of forthcoming Days Out! events are usually posted in the Events/Diary section of this website, and members are also informed by email. Regular attendees may join the Let’s Go! WhatsApp group — contact Maryjo if you wish to be added.
