The Executive Committee are arranging for our Annual General Meeting.

MOTIONS
Commencing at our March General Meeting, motion forms will be available for you to propose any motions for our AGM in September. This is your opportunity to make suggestions to the Executive Committee. In addition, as a proposer, you will require a seconder for the motion to go forward. A Motion form is also available to download from this website. The closing date for receipt of motions is 13th June 2024 General Meeting.
The form is double sided in a format that should down load and print so you can complete your motion and return at a General Meeting. Download Motion Form
COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS
Commencing at our May General Meeting, nomination forms will be available for you to propose members for election to the Executive Committee at our AGM in September. In addition, as a proposer, you will require a seconder for the nomination to go forward. A PDF Nomination form is also available to download from this website. The closing date for receipt of nominations is 11th July 2024 General Meeting.
