Debating "This House believes..."
This new group will be modelled on the Oxford Union Debating Society.
The group will have an opportunity to debate current and ethical issues with the meeting ending with a vote of members, after hearing the debate between those for and against "what this house believes".
Our time together will be via Zoom, which will not only accommodate a larger number than an in-person venue, but will also make for more authentic voting and questions.
