JOINING SIDMOUTH u3a
Sidmouth u3a has nearly 600 members and membership is open to anyone who is no longer in full-time employment. We offer a wide range of activities and social events. With nearly 70 active interest groups – from Amblers to Yoga – there is sure to be something for everyone.

The online membership categories are:
Associate: a reduced membership fee for full members of another u3a (£8.50)
Indiv TAM PrintNews: Full membership with Third Age Matters magazine + printed newsletters (£26)
Indiv with PrintNews: Full membership with printed newsletters (£22)
Individual: Full membership, with free emailed newsletters (£12)
Individual with TAM: Full membership (with free emailed newsletters) and Third Age Matters magazine (£16)

Simply print and complete the Membership Application Form and make payment, preferably by BACS. Cheques are accepted. Sorry, no cash.
Either:
- Send the form, with your cheque if appropriate, to the Membership Secretary at the address shown on the form
- Bring it along to one of our monthly meetings (see 'Events' for the date of the next meeting)
MEMBERSHIP YEAR
The Membership year runs from 1st February to 31st January
New members joining between 1st September and 31st December pay a reduced subscription (Reduced Annual Membership).
Fully paid up members of another u3a may join as an Associate member and pay a reduced subscription (Associate Annual Membership).
SUBSCRIPTION RATES
Individual Annual Membership (1st Feb to 31st Jan): £12.00
Reduced Annual Membership (part year): £ 8.00
Associate Annual Membership (for members of another u3a): £ 8.50
Reduced Associate Annual Membership (part year): £ 6.50
THIRD AGE MATTERS MAGAZINE
Third Age Matters magazine is published five times a year by The Third Age Trust and is posted direct to members’ homes in an environmentally friendly paper wrapper. The cost is £4 per year and you can order it via the Membership Application Form.

SIDMOUTH u3a NEWSLETTER
Sidmouth u3a produces a Newsletter ten times a year, which members receive free of charge by email.
You can choose to receive printed copies of the Newsletters but there is an additional flat rate charge for this of £10.
