This group will focus more on ballroom/latin-type dance. Dance experience is not necessary. Each dance will be taught, and can be found on YouTube, in case you want to refresh your memory.
If you enjoy dancing, but don't have a partner, this could be the answer you have been looking for.
Improve your physical and mental health, make new friends and have fun into the bargain!
Slow, medium and fast tempo - do as much as you wish and sit out if you need to!
There will be break for tea and biscuits. What's not to like?
