The leader of this group is George Cleland who has 5 years experience in Qi Gong – practice and teaching. George is currently leader of four Qi Gong Groups, including this one.
Qi Gong is an ancient practice that harnesses the power of breath, movement, and intention to encourage health and balance within the body. The gentle flowing movements promote calmness of mind. It is sometime called ‘moving meditation’. It is suitable for beginners and those with previous experience of Qi Gong.
