Celebrating 40 years in 2022
These are some of the events organised by u3as in the North West in 2022 to celebrate 40 years!
Aintree u3a held an Open Day in September and the chair was delighted to report that it had created a lot of local interest and several new members joined their u3a.
Southport u3a created a Show Garden at the Southport Flower Show held in August 2022
Congratulations to Southport u3a for not only creating a beautiful garden to celebrate the anniversary but also being cup winners!

Upholland and District u3a held an Open Day in September. Groups produced displays and others demonstrated their activities. There was flower arranging, jewellery making, the ukulele band played and the choir sang to name but a few of these.
