Meeting dates
Permanent reservations have been made at the Birchmeadow for 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month. At each meeting attendees will be asked if they are available for the next session, in order to continue or cancel individual bookings. Emails will be sent to all members at the start of each week confirming a session. When there are 5 Thursdays in the month then a session will be booked if there is sufficient interest
Now that we have a reasonable float in the cashbook, then sessions will only be cancelled if we have less than 3 attendees.
