The Constitution of Much Wenlock & District U3A
We are bound by the terms of our constitution. Changes can be proposed and decided upon at the AGM only. The document contains the changes agreed at the 2018 AGM
Data Protection and Privacy Policies
We conform to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) introduced in May 2018. There are two documents - a Data Protection Policy and a Privacy Policy.
Executive Committee Policy Book
To ensure consistency when making decisions, and to record key decisions, the Much Wenlock U3A policy book was created. It is based on the Executive Committee approved minutes and is maintained by the Secretary.
Site Builder Help Files
Site Builder is the software used to create and maintain this web site. Group Leaders are encouraged to keep their group pages interesting and up to date. A manual to help with the basics of using Site Builder can be found on the right. This contains all the basic information that Group Leaders and other editors need to get started. If help or guidance is required, please do not hesitate to send a message to the Web Site Admin, who will be happy to provide support.
