The MandM Online Group will deliver Mindfulness and Meditation wholly online. Communication will be by e-mail. Initially, this will be weekly, but it may be possible to increase the frequency. This Group is in addition to the existing Mindfulness and Meditation Group, but it will not be as intensive or as interactive as the original group.
There will be online meditations, articles about mindfulness, talks, poems and suggested activities.
