Overview
This very easy form of Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and abilities. The movements naturally enhance the Qi flow through the body thereby revitalizing the tissues and organs. It combines calm and gentle exercise with the benefits of meditation.
Once the moves have been learnt it is hoped that group members will go on to practice daily on their own. For just 10 minutes a day it offers health, energy and tranquillity and helps to prevent illness.
