YOU MUST READ THIS

2024 is going to be a year of big change for our u3a. We are going to need about 4 new people to join our Committee if we are going to continue..

I have been Chairman for 3 years which is the maximum term that I can serve under the rules set out in our Constitution.

Ian is no longer able to commit the time to undertake the role of Membership Secretary or Committee Member.

Sue, who has been our longest serving and most knowledgeable Committee member, is now unable to give time to our Committee.

And finally Jan has decided it is time to leave the Committee.

If you would be interested in joining the Committee please respond to this email. The Committee meets one Wednesday each month at St Johns from 10.30 to no later than 12,30. The work is not onerous, but you would need to have reasonably proficient IT skills and access to your own computer or tablet.

MUSIC APPRECIATION next meeting on Thursday 28th of March - see the group page for more details (there are one or two spaces available now).

FRENCH GROUP There is one vacancy in French group one and if you would like to improve your language skills, please contact Stephen on 07810391393

Did you know that if you book a holiday with Riviera Travel or Ramblers Walking Holidays they will pay a commission to our u3a on the Isle of Man?-see Out and About tab.
