Trip by coach from Elmwood to Hereford. Coach will leave at 09.15 Book your seat at the March meeting

Hereford sit on a loop of the River Wye. The golden-stone cathedral, with its medieval Mappa Mundi and Chained Library, is a huge draw – but you can also wander among half-timbered houses and stroll along the Wye.
Browse independent shops across the city – they're clustered along quirky Church Street – and explore the Old Market, transformed into an open-air destination for shopping, dining and cinema.

Leave Hereford at 2pm and travel to

The Hop Pocket Shopping Village

Recommended is

A Lovely loop walk, up the lane at the back of The Hop Pocket, then footpath along the river to Bishops Frome church and the village playground. Another footpath back onto the lane where you started. A pleasant hour's stroll.
Leave for home at 4pm
