Crafting
This is a brand new group led by Brigid Courtney a much valued member of our u3a.
Time 2pm till 4pm
Cost £3
The aim is for members to bring projects they may be working on at home, or new ones that have not yet been started, and the group will work in quiet companionship, exchanging ideas, techniques, knowledge and maybe materials as well.
Sewing, knitting, crochet, cross stitch, jewellery making, lace making the choice is yours.
There is a charge of £3 to cover room hire and refreshments.
The scheduled meetings, at The Scouting Centre, also known as Clem Dench 60 Hamstead Hall Road, Handsworth Wood B20 1HX for the first half of the year are as follows:
