Who can go on Dunmow u3a outings?
Dunmow u3a outings are run by members for members of Dunmow u3a
We often receive requests from members who would like to take a friend on an outing. Unfortunately, we have had to disappoint members sometimes and the following should give you an idea of who would qualify.
• Occasionally guests may be able to have a place on an outing, however Dunmow u3a members have priority
• Guests of u3a members must be eligible for u3a membership (i.e. they must no longer be in full time employment)
• Wives, husbands and partners who are NOT u3a members, cannot use their other half’s membership to book a place and will be treated as a guest
• Guests of members can only go on on ONE outing as a guest before they will need to join Dunmow U3A, if they wish to join further outings
• Members of other u3as can apply to go once Dunmow u3a members have had time to book their places
• Guest places will only be confirmed nearer the time of the outing
