From October 2023, The Group is going to meet on 4th Monday Morning from 10a.m. until noon
at The Barnes Room at St. Gabriel's Church Hall, St, Gabriel's Avenue, SR4 7TF.

| Mon May 27th | Board Games Starting at 10:00 a.m. until 12 noon at The Barnes Room at St. Gabriel's Church Hall, SR4 7TF Please Note Start Time of 10 a.m. and Location is now The Barnes Room at St. Gabriel's Church Hall, St. Gabriel's Avenue SR4 7TF. Refreshments should be available but Please Bring a cup and (DO NOT EXPECT SINGLE USE CUPS TO BE AVAILABLE) or Bring your own Refreshments. At this location, CUPS can be borrowed from the Kitchen but they MUST be washed up. We must also leave the room tidy. Pre pandemic the larger groups generated a surplus which supported the smaller groups breaking even each year, however this is no longer the case, therefore The Executive Committee has reached the difficult decision to raise all door fees to £2 from 1st January 2022. This will be kept under review at every Executive Committee Meeting. If you wish to attend the next Committee Meeting as an observer please contact Christa Lloyd, Business Secretary, to arrange this. |
