Group Organisation
Membership of 10 max.
All members’ contact details will be issued by agreement.
The Group will generally meet from 14.00 - 16.00.
Meetings will usually be held in the Convenor’s home.
The details of the next meeting will be agreed at the end of each session.
Members are asked to notify the host ( ess ) of CONFIRMATION of attendance by phone/email.
Refreshments will be provided.
The Group will provide update information to the U3A Committee as required.
Members will hopefully share information about operatic performances at meetings or will email one another between them.
