The Music Explored group
This happy group meets at a home in Ashburton every month on the third Friday morning at 10.30 am for an hour to enjoy listening to and chatting about music. This is musical exploration in its widest sense, from pop and big bands, through musicals, opera, ballet and film to the musical mastery of the great composers down through the centuries. Each month usually has a theme and nothing is too lowbrow or highbrow for Music Explored, where every presentation entertains in its own way.
Reports of meetings are published each month in the U3A Newsletter and all group members are emailed in advance with details of the next meeting.
