Gardening Group
Our next meeting will be on MONDAY April 8th at 2pm. We will be hosted by Growing Space at the rear of Mardy Park Centre to practise our seed sowing and other springtime skills. The change from our normal date is because Growing space is closed on a Tuesday afternoon. We will be working mostly in the polytunnel. Bring your favourite gloves and hand fork or trowel. Anyone needing directions to Mardy Park or a lift from the clubhouse please let Richard know on 854662 or richard@middleninfa.co.uk.
The May visit at 2pm on May 7th will be to Annette Langlois' garden in the development at the former Hill college. We will probably go on to a second garden afterwards.
On June 4th afternoon everyone is invited to Richard's smallholding Middle Ninfa on the Blorenge to see the gardens and woodland.
There will be two meetings in July: on Tuesday 2nd a visit to the Straker's large garden near the Walnut Tree restaurant and on the 30th an all-day visit to the Mabberley's super RHS garden at Nant y Bedd in the Grwyne Fawr valley of the Black Mountains.
