History of Ideas (formerly Philosophy)

The History of Ideas group is the new and, I think, better name for the former Philosophy group. History of Ideas seems a better way of expressing what we do…’Philosophy’ sounds a bit more rigorous and academic than we actually are.

We will continue to meet at our old meeting time: the third Friday of the month at 11.30

December’s session ‘Why do we laugh?’ had to be postponed and took place in January
