Coffee Morning

Fancy a cup of coffee with like minded members in a convivial atmosphere? Then come along to our monthly Coffee Morning at the White Hart, opposite Wadhurst florists, on 4th Wednesday of each month for a chat and an opportunity to meet new friends as well as catch up with others.

Retired, semi retired, or simply not in full-time employment, residents in Wadhurst, Lamberhurst, Ticehurst, Frant and the surrounding area are eligible to join Wadhurst & District U3A. Log on to www.wadhurstu3a.org.uk for further information and a complete list of interest groups, activities and the event programme.

Wadhurst & District U3A tries to ensure that all members are kept safe which led, for example, to a number of First Aid workshops for committee members and interest group convenors, as well as an updated database of next of kin. Now members are now being given ICE cards (In Case of Emergency), encouraging them to complete and keep in their wallets or purses with the names and contact numbers for two people who should be contacted in a crisis.
