Play Reading Group
Meet in the Mayor's parlour at the Torpoint Council Chambers 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 2pm. We read from a number of different sources, plays found on the national U3A website written by members, radio scripts downloaded from the internet and
playsets from the library. Most pieces tend to be fairly light in nature, but some Shakespeare has been requested so who knows what the future may bring! So if you are a frustrated thespian who would like to indulge your passion for theatre, without treading the boards or learning lines, come along and join us.
