Walking
The walking group meets weekly on a Thursday, starting at 11am and walking for an hour or so, then finishing at a pub or cafe. Please message the Group Leader by clicking on the Messages (the bird icon) on the right of this page.
If it is extremely wet, the walk will be directly to the appropriate cafe for coffee (!)
Usually the group of walkers split into two parties, one of which will do a slightly longer route, the other a shorter route. Both of these walks start and usually finish in the same place. There is also now a Splinter Group that meets on the second Thursday of each month for a more challenging hike. Please let the Group Leader know if you wish to join the distance walkers.
