21 members came to the Thai Brasserie, in Station Road. lovely, lovely, lovely! Too many dishes, all good. One member is Vegan and her different dishes just kept coming. It was so nice to find a restaurant that is able to seamlessly cater for her. It was a lovely meal, great service and nice surroundings. Gosh this is a great group to belong to!!!

Twenty of us had a fabulous meal tonight at the China Garden, Robin Hood Island.
We began with a plate of mixed starters, Chicken Satay, Sesame Prawn Toast, Chicken Wings, BBQ Spare Ribs and Crispy Wanton Parcels.
The Main Course was Egg Fried Rice, Sweet and Sour Chicken Cantonese Style, Beef and Mushrooms in Black Bean Sauce and Garlic Chilli King Prawns with Vegetables.
Finally Chinese Green Tea or coffee.
It was all so delicious! A great meal in great company. Many thanks to Mary for organising it.

Tonight thirty members enjoyed a wonderful meal at The Istanbul Restaurant, Stratford Road, Shirley. We started with flatbread, hummus, tzatziki and spicy couscous. The main course was a mixed meat sharing plate with rice.
I can only finish the same way as last time! It was all so delicious! A great meal in great company. Many thanks to Mary for organising it.
