Music (Classical) Appreciation

The Music Appreciation Group continues to meet at 2 o'clock on the first Thursday of the month at The Old School House, Billing Road. We listen to an eclectic mix of primarily classical music transmitted via records, CDs, YouTube and BlueTooth. We try to keep to a theme, maybe reflecting the time of year, a favoured composer, a special occasion perhaps, or something we all like. Members are invited to present a programme of their choice, but there is no pressure if you just want to come along and listen. We have a short break for tea and biscuits and then continue to enjoy more relaxing music before finishing at 4 o'clock.
