14th: Stuart Frazer will give a talk entitled “Honey Beekeeping is my Hobby”
28th: Professor Lynne Boddy, Cardiff School of Bioscience, will give an illustrated talk entitled “Plants and fungi: slayers or saviours”
OCTOBER:
12th: Carol Mason, a member of our group, will entertain us with a talk entitled “Tales from my Allotment”
26th: Mark Ashton, horticulturalist, will give an illustrated talk entitled: “All about Chrysanthemums”.
NOVEMBER:
9th: Roger Umpelby, the Aston Bugman, will entertain us with an illustrated talk entitled “Useful, beautiful, but unloved – an alternative look at weeds“.
23rd: Dr Bruce Campbell will give an illustrated talk entitled: “Wildlife in our Home: Our Intimate Nature”.
DECEMBER:
14th: The G & W Christmas Celebration - poetry, quiz, music, comedy, and raffle.
