Waterlooville U3A Quiz Evening
Kevin Stock of Waterlooville U3A organised a Quiz and Supper Evening at 7pm on Wednesday 1st June at St Wilfrid’s Church Hall, Padnell Road, Cowplain and invited Horndean U3A to enter a team of six members.
I am glad to say that our team of Marion Wade, Tony Young, Tony Dudley, Geoff Southgate, Eileen Wimshurst and Andy Forbes upheld the honour of Horndean U3A, coming third in a room of fifteen teams.
We would like to thank Waterlooville U3A for welcoming us to what was a very enjoyable and well organised evening and we look forward to being able to join them again for their next quiz planned for October.
