May 2021 - Living the African Dream
Alison Mees has been working and living in Africa for the last 16 years but due to the Covid pandemic she had to return to the UK last March and is undertaking volunteer work for Cheetah Conservation Fund UK helping to keep cheetahs in the wild of which there are only 7,100 left, and the number continues to decrease.
Alison gave us one of her talks about her journey in Africa and her conservation and community work with lots of the wildlife photographs that she has taken.
This was a Zoom Meeting with 38 connections giving an audience of about 50 participants.
