Meetings take place on the second Wednesday of each month (no meeting in August).
Held at Member's Homes.
At the beginning of the year each member selects a book which is allocated to a specific month, we all read the book for that month. The Christmas meeting has a party atmosphere when we vote for our favourite book of the year.

At the meetings, the member who chose the book of the month gives an introduction then each member takes it in turn to express their opinion, enthusiastic discussion frequently follows!
The members are an eclectic mix with differing views. We cover a multitude of genre, scary dystopian stories, biographies, psychological thrillers, romance, historical novels, Greek tragedies, detective novels, science fiction etc.
Even if the book of the month is not a favourite we come away from the meeting stimulated and inspired by the discussion and the experience of exchanging views.
