The Group Leader will make block bookings as much as possible.
Please keep a look out for email alerts, also look on our website, in the windmill and the notice board at our monthly Branch meetings.
Please sign up at the Theatre Film and various performances table at our monthly meetings or by contacting me.
It would be helpful if you can pay by cash or cheque when you sign up for a trip but you can transfer your money to my bank account as an alternative option within 4 days of signing up for your a trip and referencing which trip please.
To transfer money for tickets please contact the Group Leader for bank details.
The Eastbourne Theatres Box office now requires payment within a week of booking any date /performance including weeks or months ahead of the booking date unless we need 150 tickets or more !!!
If you have booked and paid for a ticket and then cancel please contact me so that it can be offered to other U3A members first. If no other member comes forward you are welcome to ask a friend to use to use your ticket.
No refund will be given by the U3A group if you cannot find a person to use your ticket.
Is open to all members of the Eastbourne and Wealden U3A.
