Walking 1

We welcome all members on our walks that are usually between five and seven miles.

At the moment walks are taking place but without car sharing.
Please contact Sarah for details of the up coming walk, these walks are being rolled on on a weekly basis until we can put together a revised programme.
Please telephone the walk leader of the day before 08.15 if you are wishing to walk.
Those wishing to make their own way to the start point of the walk should check with the leader of the day to confirm that there have been no changes in walk details.
Lunch break at Doublewaters Please bring clean shoes to change into if a passenger in another walker’s car. Cost of travel is stated on the walk list.
SAFETY INFORMATION
No liability is accepted by the leader of the U3A in respect of any personal loss, damage or injury that occurs on, or as a consequence of, any walk.
Walkers should wear suitable footwear and clothing appropriate to the walk and weather conditions and bring adequate food and drink and something to sit on. We usually have a ‘coffee stop’ and lunch.
Walkers are advised to carry their own first aid kit and walking pole if required.
Sorry Out of the mist at Noss Mayo no dogs, except registered assistance ones kept on a lead.
