I had to take that picture through the window of our kitchen door. There were 3 bullfinches there - 2 cocks and a hen, but I couldn’t get a good shot with all 3 in the frame. I was afraid to open the door or a window because I know how shy they can be.
I'm glad I hadn't cleared away those nettles now!
