The Sound of Snow
On two bitterly cold days in December the bandstand in the Pump Room Gardens was decorated with a hand crafted installation known as The Sound of Snow.
Snowflakes, musical notes and snowballs were knitted and crocheted by members of the Woolpack knitting group. With the help of curtain tape, hooks & miles of red ribbon part of the structure was decked out in the shape of a Christmas tree. It was much admired by visitors walking by and attracted some lovely comments. We even managed to get an article in the local newspaper.
