Charity quilts for Project Linus
At our group on Friday 14th October, we concluded a project we’ve been working on for the last six months. Several of our members had some fabric donated to them so we decided to make some charity quilts for Project Linus. This charity gives quilts to children and young adults who are in need of some extra comfort, in all settings.
We made 17 quilts and passed them on to a Linus co-ordinator. This is our first attempt at a project on this scale.
So far this year 365 quilts have been donated to just this one Linus area!
